woven bags mainly use screen printing technology, screen printing can be printed directly or indirectly (first screen printed on gelatin or silicone plate, and then transferred to the substrate). Screen printing refers to the use of screen as a plate base, and through the photosensitive plate making method, made with pictures screen printing plate.

Screen printing consists of five elements, screen plate, scraper, ink, printing table and substrate. Using the basic principle of screen printing plate graphic part of the mesh can be printed through ink, non-graphic part of the mesh can not be printed through ink. 1. Direct printing

The method of direct plate making is to first place the light-sensitive film on the table surface coated with the light-sensitive material wrist substrate facing up, put the stretched wrist mesh frame flat on the substrate, and then put the light-sensitive paste in the mesh frame and apply the pressure with a soft scraper, and remove the plastic substrate after drying, the light-sensitive film wrist mesh can be used to print the plate, after developing and drying, the screen screen plate is produced.

2, indirect printing

The method of indirect plate making is to first expose the indirect film, develop with warm water after hardening with 1.2% H2O2, and make a peelable graphic negative after drying. During plate making, the film surface of the graphic negative is attached to the stretched screen, the film is compacted with the wet screen by squeezing, the film base is removed, and the screen screen is made by blowing dry.
